1. Corporate Structure
Pied Piper Group, LLC is an affiliation of companies offering lending, insurance, capital, and business consulting services. Each company listed below is a separate legal entity, managed and operated independently under its own governance and in accordance with state and regulatory requirements. Pied Piper Group, LLC provides advisory and consulting services to its affiliates but does not itself engage in regulated lending or insurance. Products and services may not be available in all states or jurisdictions.
2. Operating Companies and Services
The following entities operate under the Pied Piper Group affiliation:
- Pied Piper Mortgage, LLC — Provides residential home loan solutions. NMLS #2118922. 700 Commerce Drive, Suite 5077, Oak Brook, IL 60523. Loans made or arranged pursuant to a California Finance Lenders Law License. Not available in all states. Equal Housing Lender.
- PPG Insurance Agency, Inc. (Pied Piper Insurance) — Offers residential, commercial, auto, and life insurance policies. Illinois Resident Producer Agency, License #3001148060. Corporate headquarters at 700 Commerce Drive, Suite 5070, Oak Brook, IL 60523.
- Pied Piper Group, LLC — Provides business consulting, corporate advisory, compliance, IT, and operational support services.
- Pied Piper Capital Fund, LLC — Provides capital solutions for institutional investors, specializing in structured financing and investment vehicles.

Specific loan terms, interest rates, and APRs will be provided to qualified applicants during the application process. Not all applicants will qualify. Loan products and availability may vary by state.
6. Insurance Disclosures
Residential, commercial, auto, and life insurance policies are offered through PPG Insurance Agency, Inc., an Illinois Resident Producer Agency, License #3001148060. Insurance products are subject to terms, conditions, and exclusions. Not all products are available in all states. PPG Insurance Agency, Inc. is a separate legal entity from Pied Piper Group, LLC.

While we emphasize minimal upfront costs, certain fees and costs are associated with property ownership, including but not limited to insurance, property taxes, maintenance, and closing costs. All such costs will be clearly disclosed to you before you commit to any ownership program.
